(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.119 dated 19.06.2010, registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 148, 149, 341 and 506 IPC at Police Station Adampur, Jalandhar and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 16.10.2016 (P-2). Pursuant to order dated 25.02.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 16.03.2019 along with receipt of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.92 dated 18.03.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide letter bearing No.789G/JRK dated 18.03.2019. CRM-M-8273 of 2019 --2-- Jalandhar, is satisfied that the matter has been amicably settled and compromised between complainant and Talwinder Singh @ Binder and Zorawar Sngh @ Zori and the said compromise is genuine, without any pressure or undue influence and coercion from any corner. Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, dated 18.03.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.119 dated 19.06.2010 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.
Disposed of accordingly.
