Vide order dated 21.07.2025 the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court under the " Special Mediation Drive - Mediation for the Nation" .

Now, the present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) for withdrawal of the main appeal. 3.

Notice of the application to respondent No.1 only. 4.

Mr. Nigam K. Bhardwaj, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed and the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicant-appellants has contended that the matter since stands compromised with the private respondent Nos.2 to 4 and in the execution petition an amount of ₹4,50,000/- has been paid to them YOGESH SHARMA 2025.11.07 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is taken on Board today itself.
