(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by an order/communication dated 18.02.2022 (Annexure P-10) vide which it has been informed that the bid submitted by it pursuant to Tender ID : 2022_HBC_203382_1 for HTC-2022/EW-Mansa Devi has not been admitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per instructions of the respondent-authorities themselves, it has connected with the Tender Inviting Authority (TIA) vide communication dated 21.02.2022 (Annexure P-11), but there is no response from them.

He further submits that the respondent-authorities may be directed to enter into communication with the petitioner pursuant to the observation and direction issued by them vide order/communication dated 18.02.2022 (Annexure P-10). Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that the respondent-authorities would consider and decide the matter expeditiously and communicate the decision thereon to it accordingly. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of.
