CORAM:HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR

Present:

Mr. D.K. Sharma, Advocate and Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Kamboj, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. P.P. Chahar, DAG, Haryana.

-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.88 dated 12.06.2020 under Sections 489-B IPC (Sections 489-A, 489-C, 489-D, 201 and 120-B IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sadhaura, District Yamuna Nagar. Counsel for the petitioner herein would contend that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the said matter as the petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. The investigation is complete and the challan stands presented. No recovery is to be effected from the petitioner, therefore, her custodial interrogation would no longer be required. The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2020 and the trial is likely to take some time to conclude, therefore, prays for concession of bail to the petitioner. Counsel for the respondent-State opposes grant of bail to the petitioner by contending that no ground is made out for grant of bail to the petitioner.
