Since the only relief that the petitioner is now contesting for is setting aside of order dated 14.09.2010 declaring him Proclaimed Offender in the present case which has not been opposed on behalf of the complainant/respondent No.2.

   Keeping in view the special circumstances brought to the notice of this Court, it would suffice to hold that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court within 10 days from today and shall be allowed bail so that trial of the case is not hindered. The petition stands disposed off in those terms.
