Learned counsel for the respondents has contended that as a result of relaxation given by the University, contract of remaining three petitioners namely Mohit Kumar, Gobind and Gobind has also been extended. He has placed on file supporting documents in that regard. This fact is conceded by learned counsel for the petitioners, who is, however, aggrieved by the amount of salary being paid to the petitioners. With regard to relief claimed in the writ petition in respect of minimum pay-scale of Rs.

57,700/- from the date of their initial appointment with all other consequential benefits, the petitioners may submit detailed representation to respondent No. 1 University, which may then dispose of the same by way of passing a speaking order. However, in case the petitioners still feel aggrieved then they can take recourse to the legal remedy, if so advised. PARVINDER SINGH 2021.11.
