Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 23.02.2021 (P-12), whereby petitioner was placed under suspension. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that relief claimed in the present petition has already been granted to the petitioner; therefore, the same be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
