Mr. Vishal Aggarwal, Advocate for the petitioners. ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) Heard in physical mode.

Learned counsel for the petitioners in the present case has made a very limited prayer to the effect that the suit for declaration was filed by the plaintiffs-petitioners in the year 2016 and, thereafter, an application for amendment of the plaint under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) was filed on 19.08.2019. Keeping in view the fact that the suit itself pertains to the year 2016 and the application for amendment of the plaint has been lying pending since August 2019, I deem it appropriate to dispose off the present revision petition with a request to the Court concerned to decide the application for amendment of the plaint filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC expeditiously YOGESH SHARMA 2022.03.09 10:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh
