**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking seeking directions to respondents No.1 and 3 to concretize entry and exist to the retail petrol pump outlet being run by the petitioner.
Mr. Raman Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No.3Corporation, at the outset, submits that LOI granted to the petitioner was for one year and the said period has expired. The Corporation has granted retail dealership to another person, thus, present petition has rendered infructuous.
