(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since the parties have entered into compromise, therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition for quashing of FIR No. 36, dated 17.05.2015 under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC registered at Police Station Kot Dharmu, District Mansa (Annexure P-1) and withdraw the same. In view of the statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
