**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.147 dated 25.08.2018, registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur, under Sections 452, 323, 148 and 149 IPC, along with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 30.11.2018 (Annexure P-3).

Vide order dated 05.03.2019, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court to record their statements with regard to the compromise. However, as per the report of the Magistrate concerned, the parties did not appear and thus, their statements could not be recorded. Thereafter, vide order dated 09.07.2019, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the parties were again directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court to record their statements with regard to the compromise. However, as per the report of the Magistrate AMAN JAIN 2022.11.21 17:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgmentt

CRM-M-10106-2019 (O&M) -2concerned, the parties again did not appear and thus, their statements could not be recorded.

Despite the fact that the parties were granted two opportunities to record their statements still they did not bother to comply with the directions passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Dismissed.
