 )% 67%8 49 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of Complaint Case No. 9918 of 2021 dated 03.06.2021 titled as "Amrik Singh vs. M/s Jasvir Singh Kewal Singh and others" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1885 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana and summoning order dated 06.07.2021 as well as all the subsequent proceedings.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner intends to place certain additional documents on record to supplement his case. However, on account of the petitioner having gone abroad, he is unable to do so.
