Raj Singh, President, District Rewari, CITV, Gurgaon filed an application before the Labour Court under Section 33-C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act for computation of pensions for the year 1997-98. The presiding Officer, Labour Court vide its order dated March 15, 2000 returned a finding that the application is not maintainable and the applicants are, therefore, not entitled to computation. The application was, accordingly, dismissed. Hence, this writ petition. The writ petition was filed by Mr. KS Kapur, Advocate. He did not put in appearance on October 24, 2016. Notice was ordered to be issued for today. As per office report, counsel has been informed. None has put in appearance.
