(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking release of her husband Anokh Singh stated to be illegally detained by respondent No.3. Learned State counsel upon instructions from ASI Avtar Singh has informed that aforesaid Anokh Singh was arrested on 18.2.2020 in connection with FIR No.12 dated 16.2.2020 under Sections 379, 411 IPC, Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran.
