This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of F.I.R. No.338 dated 2.9.2007 registered under Sections 447,448,420,379,506,34 I.P.C. and Sections 3-33-1989 of the S.C. & S.T. Act at Police Station Manesar, District Gurgaon. It is not in dispute that charges have been framed against the petitioners. The instant petition has been filed on the premise that the allegations against the petitioners are incorrect and false. Criminal Misc. No.M-13179 of 2013 -2been framed against the petitioners, it would be inappropriate for this Court to comment upon the veracity of the allegations which is not permissible in the exercise of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. which has some inherent limitations.
