***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer for issuance of a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to decide his representation dated 2.10.2021 (Annexure P-8) and representation dated 2.10.2021 (Annexure P-9).

In view of the aforesaid submission and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the matter and to dispose off the representation dated 2.10.2021 (Annexure P-8) and representation dated 2.10.2021 (Annexure P-9) expeditiously in accordance with law.
