Notice of motion has been issued. Mr. A.S.Dhaliwal, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested the instant petition. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and gone through the record. From the record, I find that 150 phials of Corex containing 100 ml each intoxicant substance are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.  +,-, specifically bars the grant of bail in case of commercial quantity. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled to benefit of regular bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in the instant petition, the same is dismissed.
