Mr. Sudhanshu Makkar, Advocate, for respondent No.3. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for respondent No.3 informed that the parties have amicably resolved their issues pursuant to which the settled amount of Rs.80,000/- already stands paid by the petitioner to the respondents. Learned counsel representing respondent No.3 submits that on account of the said compromise, the remaining outstanding dues in respect of over-staying the official accommodation stand waived-off. The aforesaid position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is disposed of having been compromised.
