(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents no. 2 to 4, for registration of FIR against respondent no. 5 and 6 with further prayer to issue direction to respondents no. 2 to 4 to recover the tractor from respondents no. 5 and 6 without any delay.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternative remedy before the Area Magistrate.

Disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
