This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 20, dated 17th March, 2019 under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court concerned.
