Learned counsel for the petitioner-State submits that vide impugned award dated 05.11.1998 (Annexure P-3), the benefit of reinstatement in service with continuity was granted to the respondentworkman and though the said impugned award was stayed initially but later on, the respondent-workman was reinstated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-State further submits that as of now, the respondent-workman must have retired from service, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.

No one has appeared on behalf of the respondent-workman. 4.
Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances of the present case as respondent-workman has already been granted the benefit RIYA 2025.07.04 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-17119-2000 (O&M) -2of reinstatement in service and as of now, he must have retired from their services and also keeping in view the prayer of the learned counsel of the petitioner recorded herein above, the present petition is disposed of having been not pressed any further, with liberty to revive the present petition, in case, anything survive.
