R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for respondents no. 2 to 5 submits that parties in fact have entered into a compromise on 30.01.2008. It is further submitted that the said compromise was filed in FAO-M-81M of 2007, which has since been disposed of by this Court. In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and disposed of as such. The instant petition otherwise deserves to be dismissed for non-prosecution as none has appeared for the petitioner. Even none was present on the previous date.
