# During the course of arguments, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar that petitioner Sukhjit Kaur in this case has been declared as a Proclaimed Offender. Faced with this situation, learned counsel representing the petitioner on instructions from his client has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition to enable her to invoke jurisdiction of the appropriate forum challenging the orders declaring RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.12.17 17:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



 

  her Proclaimed Offender and thereafter reserving her right to file a fresh petition in this Court on similar grounds. Allowed to do so.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
