Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a representation dated 25.01.2024, Annexure P-6, has been submitted by him, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same and to show him the videography in a time bound manner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for UOI has no objection to the limited prayer made.

4. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 25.01.2024 within a period of 2 MOHIT 2024.11.06 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
