**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 11.10.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana vide which the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender in FIR No. 197 dated 9.10.2014 registered under Sections 379, 120-B IPC and Section 21 of Mining and Mineral Act, 1957, Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana.

On 20.2.2020, following order was issued by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court:- "Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Avtar Singh Sandhu, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Let a copy of the paper-book be supplied to him during the course of the day. Adjourned to 12.03.2020.

In the meantime, at this stage, operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed and the petitioner is ordered to be GURPREET SINGH 2021.03.26 18:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh

CRM-M No. 7710 of 2020 -2released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court so as to enable him to appear on the next date which is stated to be fixed on 24th of this month for facing the charges." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in compliance of the said order dated 20.2.2020, the petitioner could not appear before the Court because of some typographical error in the date mentioned in the Aadhar Card and thereafter due to Covid-19 pandemic, the bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner could not be furnished. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his arguments to the extent that last opportunity be granted to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Keeping in view the above, the petitioner is granted last opportunity to appear before the trial Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Order dated 20.2.2020 is ordered to be continued till then. The petition stands disposed of.
