Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the present petition is not maintainable as the revision before the Court of Session, ought to have been filed, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file the same, however, prays that delay may not come in the way, to which learned counsel opposite have no objection. 2.
