     The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.136 dated 05.03.2015, registered under Sections 304/B read with Section 34 IPC, Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since March, 2015 and the trial has got delayed as an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. was moved. The counsel further contends that father had been granted bail. Counsel also refers to the complaint, on the basis of which, the FIR was registered and urges that it does not refer to any incident or call made by the daughter a day prior to the incident and the complainant had made improvement in the court and it was suicide.       The petitioner is in custody for almost a year. Statement of the complainant has been recorded. The trial will take long. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Panipat.   ,
