The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above has come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC read with Section 482 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail.

Vide order dated 07.03.2022, the petitioner was admitted on interim anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 07.03.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required.

Ld. counsel appearing for the State, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, does not refute the contention that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

Given above, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 07.03.2022 is made absolute.
