RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that final report under Section 173
(2) Cr.P.C., in case FIR No. 36 dated 14.02.2015 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, has been filed on 25.08.2017 against three persons, named by Kamaljit Singh son of petitioner-Tejinder Singh. The trial Court has also framed the charge-sheet against the accused persons under the aforesaid sections and the next date fixed before the trial Court is 12.11.2018.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
