NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Brij Pal Singh, Police Station,City, Panipat, District Panipat, submits that despite the directions issued by this Court on 20.08.2015, the petitioner has failed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that there are serious allegations of breach of trust by the petitioner and MEENU 2015.10.13 11:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
CRM-M-10447-2015 (O&M) -2recoveries are to be effected, therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioner would be necessitated.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and going through the material available on record, this Court also finds that it is not a fit case where the petitioner can be extended the benefit of the anticipatory bail.
Dismissed.
