Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a direction that life and liberty of the petitioner be protected. Pursuant to order dated 1.4.2015, ASI-Darbara Singh is present in court. Learned State counsel has sought instructions from him and submits that petitioner is not accused in any case and shall not be harassed in any manner. In view of clear stand of the State, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. It is, however, made clear that in case petitioner is harassed by respondent No.3 or any other police official, this court shall consider seeking a report from head of the police district concerned. Disposed of.
