(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 79 dated 29.09.2016 under Section 304-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Noormahal, District Jalandhar wherein the petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

By order that 03.07.2018, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on or before 17.07.2018 and on his doing so he was directed to be released on bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the order dated 03.07.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on bail on his furnishing requisite bail bonds. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has not disputed the fact of joining the proceedings and furnishing bail bonds.
