R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents no. 1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondents no. 5 and 7, who are trying and making an attempt to forcibly take away the vehicles of the petitioner with the help of recovery agents and henchmen. Learned State counsel has filed the affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Majitha, Amritsar (Rural) and the same be taken on record.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pal Singh submits that this is a private dispute between the petitioner and respondents no. 5 to 7.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 5 to 7 submits that respondents are not going to take away vehicle of the petitioner forcibly but will take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
