**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 5 dated 30.1.2020, registered under Sections 336, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot.

Vide order dated 24.2.2020, passed by this Court, the petitioners were granted interim bail and were directed to join the investigation.

In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 24.2.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
