Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.17 dated 23.01.2021, registered at Police Station City South Moga, District Moga, under Sections 324, 323 and 34 IPC and Section 326 IPC (added subsequently).

Vide order dated 08.06.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Basant Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
