As per the same, the parties have reached amicable settlement and they have decided to part ways, by way of filing the petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The terms of the settlement have been detailed in paragraph No.8 of the compromise, which is duly signed by the parties concerned, their counsel and also the concerned mediator. In view of the amicable settlement, so reached, the transfer application is hereby dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the parties shall remain bound by the terms, as settled in the compromise.
