(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the respondents to act under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure and further to proceed with the investigation in case FIR No. 107 dated 04.08.2018 (Annexure P-5), registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Sirhali, District Tarn Taran, because till date investigation in the said FIR has not been concluded, despite passing of more than 6 months. Heard.
