MADAAN Present:- Mr. Krishan Sharma Bhardwaj, Advocate for the petitioner. *** This revision petition is directed against the order dated 19.12.2022 passed by Additional District Judge, Moga in a civil appeal titled 'Puran Singh versus Gurpiar Singh' vide which the appeal has been rejected on account of lapse of the appellant to make up the deficiency of the Court fee.

After hearing learned counsel for the revision petitioner and going through the record, the revision petition is accepted with the observations that on the revision petitioner, who is appellant before learned Additional District Judge, Moga making up the deficiency of Court fee within 15 days from the date of receipt of order in that Court, the appeal shall be restored at its original number and then the case shall proceed further in accordance with law. However, in case of non-compliance then revision petition shall be taken as dismissed. (H.S.
