Learned State counsel informs that petitioner has cooperated in the investigation.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the order dated 27.02.2024 passed by this Court granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands confirmed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the order.
