There was a recovery of 50 grams of intoxicating powder and petitioner was enlarged on bail on 8.8.2014. For his solitary absence on 12.1.2016 before the trial Court, his bail bonds had been cancelled and NBWs issued. Vide order dated 4.4.2016 while issuing notice of motion, petitioner, on surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, was directed to be released on interim bail.

CRM-M 11480/2016 At the time of hearing,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the said order petitioner has surrendered before the trial court on 08.4.2016 and was released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 4.4.2016 passed by this court, is made absolute.
