M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case which was registered on the basis of complaint under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., filed by complainant Dudhwanti alleging that the petitioner connived with his wife Raj Dulari and committed forgery with the complainant by selling land to her with an assurance that the land belonged to her but actually the land had already been sold by the wife of the petitioner to one Gurdev Kaur. The petitioner is alleged to be signatory of the agreement of sale in favour of the complainant. The petitioner pursuant to an interim order has already joined investigation. It does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation.

CRM-M-10492-2015 (O&M) The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 18.5.2015, is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
