The instant appeal has been filed for setting aside the impugned ex parte judgment and decree dated 13.10.2023, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ferozepur and also for setting aside the order dated 29.09.2023, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ferozepur. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
