In the present petition, petitioner has sought direction to the official respondents to take legal action in view of certain representations made to the various authorities. This apart, petitioner has also prayed for protection of her life and liberty. Petitioner has leveled allegation that she has been duped of `10.00 lacs by the private respondents. This court does not find it fit case for issuing direction for decision of the representations as such a direction would be in the nature of mandamus which this court would not normally issue in its inherent jurisdiction under section 482 Cr.P.C. In case there is any threat to life and liberty of the petitioner, she will be at liberty to move appropriate application. Same may be examined by respondent no. 3 and appropriate steps taken, if circumstances so warrant. Disposed of.
