R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Status report by way of affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mujessar, District Faridabad has been filed and the same is taken on record.

It is stated that the cancellation report was filed on 17.01.2015 before the Magistrate. It is further submitted that the complainant has moved an application for further investigation before the Magistrate, which was fixed for 24.02.2015. That of course, the Magistrate has to decide in accordance with law. Status report from the Magistrate has also been received with a prayer for extension of time for deciding the cancellation report.
