(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing Kalandra dated 01.02.2011 (Annexure P-3), under Section 182 IPC filed by respondent No. 2; charge-sheet dated 16.12.2011 (Annexure P-4) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Heard.

In the fitness of things, the petitioner is relegated to the trial Court, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein, before the trial Court.
