Instant appeal has been filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act"), challenging order dated 07.08.2019, passed by Additional District Judge, Chandigarh, in the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Concededly, appellants have never filed objections of the Award dated 28.07.2008, passed by the learned Arbitrator-cum-Principal Secretary Tourism - respondent No.1.
