(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for fair investigation in the matter in FIR No. 5 dated 15.01.2017 under Sections 34, 498-A, 406, 506 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Rohtak or in the alternative to hand over investigation to some independent agency.
After the notice of motion was issued in the said matter, reply by way of affidavit of Pushpa Khatri, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rohtak has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4. In the reply, it is submitted that the police has investigated the matter and during investigation Brij Mohan Anand, Seema and Arun were found innocent and have been put in column No.2 as nothing incriminating was found against them whereas challan/final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been Satyawan 2018.03.13 14:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the affidavit filed.
In view of the fact that challan has been presented against Varun Anand and the proceedings are underway, no further orders are called for in the instant petition.
