**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in complaint case No. 146, dated 16.11.2010/RBT No. 60 dated 2.1.2013, under Sections 445/380/427/148/149 IPC and Section 3 (x) of The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, titled as Dalip Singh Vs. Manmohan Singh etc., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Batala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial court and the learned trial court may be directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner sympathetically, keeping in view of the order dated 27.2.2015 passed by this Court in CRM-M-6559 of 2015 (Manmohan Singh Vs. State of Punjab and another), whereby co-accused of the petitioner was granted the concession of interim bail.
