**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Both these appeals have arisen out of the same award dated 18.01.2003 of the MACT, Pa<ala. FAO-2198-2003 was filed by the owner of the offending vehicle, whereas FAO-4393-2006 was filed by the claimants seeking enhancement.

Court no<ce was sent to the appellants. Today, the report has been received that the appellant of FAO-2198-2003 has since expired. No<ce to the three appellants of FAO-4393-2006 has been received back unserved with the report of incomplete address. 3.

No applica<on to bring on record the LRs of the appellant of FAO-2198-2003 has been filed.

No other address of the appellants of FAO-4393-2006 is available.

In the aforesaid circumstances, both these appeals stand disposed of with liberty to get the same revived in case, any cause of ac<on survives.
