The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to complete the investigation in FIR No.155 dated 10.04.2018 under Sections 304-B and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Civil Line, Amritsar. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that in the present case statement of the accused stands recorded under Section 313 CrPC, rendering the present petition as infructuous.

In view of the submission of learned State counsel, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
